On Thursday of last week my mom left for Philadelphia because she is the new Conference Coordinator for FGC. It was a little hard on my family last week since she was trying to get ready to leave and we were just trying to live our normal life.
There was planning meeting this last weekend so I had put off the fact that she was leaving because I knew that I would see her over the weekend. But once we started to have farewell celebrations I started to break down. I got to see her over the weekend but we did not really have time to talk because we were constantly in meetings.
It has now been two days since I last saw her and the house is a total mess and we are still trying to adjust.

It is good to hear from you too. i live out side of San Fransisco so you might be able to come hang out while you are on the west coast.

I now have met Traci out here in Minnesota, as the 2007 Gathering Committee began its work for FGC's Gathering next year in western Wisconsin.
I can only imagine--or maybe I can't!--the full swing of emotions you are going through, and I am glad to know you have such a supportive community--locally and across the country!
I want to support you in taking as much time as you need, and as much time as you can, to get as clear as you can about whether to move or not. I don't know that there is a "wrong" answer here; just a tough choice is all.
You and your family are in my thoughts.
