School Flag

My new school this year has every graduating class make a flag that is then hung in alumni hall with the class picture. I took sewing the second semester and was pulled into the class flag project. It was a lot of fun but quite stressful because there was a deadline and lots to get done. We finished the flag with minutes to go before it needed to be put on a truck and taken to Villanova for graduation.

Then we had to talk about the flag and unveil it because it is a secret. The class voted from four different options but only a few of us new what the design was and what the finished product looked like.

This project was a lot of fun and taught me a lot about different sewing techniques.
