Hi all
I have been really busy recently between getting into college and school. The good news is that I have gotten into Guilford College with a scholarship and more options ahead. The not so good news is that I have a few more weeks before I hear from Earlham.
I am starting to feel homesick now that it has been four months. Moving and getting used to a new area is so hard. I have not been so faithful at getting to meeting because I have been lead to stay at home and have some a lone time.
I hope that your new year goes better than mine has since I am out of sports for at least another week with a sprained ankle.
peace
Rebecca
ps I am loving the messages others are giving even though I am not writing some of my own.

Hey Rebecca--
Waiting can be so hard, huh? And homesickness can definitely be a downer. It's hard being in-between places, in-between the trapezes of where you've been and where you're going. But it sounds like you are doing your best, and no worries:
When some of us aren't feeling inspired to write or give messages, others who have been resting will be called forward, and so the world keeps turning...
You are in my thoughts.
Blessings,

You know I am partial to Guilford - for good reasons I think. If you are going for a visit there, Sue and Benji would love to see you. They are buying a house there with Beyond and Elizabeth.
I went to the first summer camp planning meeting at Quaker Center. Anne will be director this summer. I hope we can both come to the youth workers conference at Pendle Hill this fifth month.

The faithfulness isn't in being at meeting, it's in being where God wants you to be. Sometimes, that's home.
See you soon!
